Job Description

The Strategic Analytics and Adoption Team is looking to expand with a new Adoption Manager. As an Adoption Manager, you lead successful adoption delivery for clients to maximize end-user efficiency, and satisfaction. You will analyze and present data to identify areas of opportunity, lead internal and external client stakeholders to develop and execute complex adoption plans, and achieve client goals. You will localize the client support plan by understanding adult learning principles, and leveraging behavior change techniques. A successful Adoption Manager will manage financials, operations, and other capital for complex projects based on contract terms, and propose resolution strategies for project risks, escalating as appropriate. As a leader on the team, you will analyze and report to internal and external client stakeholders on progress, key performance indicators, and value achieved.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience

At least 3 years of consulting, project management or relationship management work experience

 
Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of Clinical or health care work experience

At least 1 year of Facilitation or training work experience

At least 1 year of people management work experience

At least 1 year of data analysis or presentation of data work experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

 
Expectations

Ability to travel up to 80%

Must currently reside in the Kansas City area or live within 60 miles of virtually approved city

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Perform other responsibilities as assigned
