Position Summary:
Supports the development and management of Information Technology systems or services.  Assists business unit implementation of such systems and services.
Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Works with Division staff and other Corporate I/T staff under the direction and guidance of Enterprise management.  Supervises  project leaders, and technical analysts.  Maintains operational relationships with vendors and Parker locations.
Essential Functions:
- Implements and maintains I/T systems and services.
- Maintains these systems and services to be efficient and effective.
- Creates standards for I/T systems and services to provide flexibility and maintainability.
- Provides training materials and education to users of these systems.
- Provides information to be used to promote the understanding and  benefit of technology systems.
- Directs the planning and scheduling of development and implementation of I/T capabilities.
- Identifies deficiencies in I/T systems and recommends solutions/improvements.
- Train, and develop staff to support I/T systems. 
- Provide guidance to employees on personal development needs and opportunities.
- Provides information to management identifying personnel, hardware and software needs to provide appropriate levels of systems and services within the corporation
-  Identifies organizational issues and recommends modifications/improvements.

5+ years of experience leading MES deployments within a global / multi-site organization
Relevant knowledge of manufacturing processes in a lean mixed model
Knowledge of MES interfaces with Level 2 (PLC, SCADA etc..) and Level 4 (ERP, PLM, CRM..)
Knowledge on ISA 95 Standards and Factory Automation
Exposure to Industrial Networking, PLC Communications, Robotics and Factory Automation
QMS experience
PowerBI experience
A working foundation in Lean enterprise
Quality Green Belt, a plus
Project Management
*Experience leading large-scale software or automation projects, including
*Site surveys
*Vendor RFQs
*Business Critical operations
*Managing project budget, timelines
*Managing conflicting priorities or technology\architecture desires of multiple teams, leading to the delivery of solutions onto common technology standards
*Experience with IT Agile methodology, a plus
*4 year University College Degree.
*Managerial experience and significant Project Leader experience.
*Eight or more years experience in Information Technology.
*Professionalism :  Excellence, timeliness and completeness of work, responsible; team attitude, quality of presentation.
*Managerial skills :  Supervision and coaching, customer service, planning, organization, oral /written communication.
