Works with the IT organization and business users to understand their system needs
Builds, customizes, and supports business modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards within ITSM Platform
Evaluates and develops new integrations between the ITSM and external services, providers, or platforms
Manages existing integrations and data exchange between ITSM and external services, providers, or platforms
Prepares, tests and submits system changes prior to deployment
Works with IT Organization to adapt ITIL principles to the needs of the organization within the context of the ITSM
Facilitates and performs regular maintenance to data within the CMDB
Maintains service request offerings, adjusts settings as necessary, and provides training to end-users as needed
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
4-6 years experience in Information Technology field required
ITIL Certification, background in system configuration and/or development. Understands APIs and how to develop (write code).

College Degree in Programming, MIS, IT, or other technology related field preferred

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm; Saturday 8am-12pm. This position is exempt and full time. The expected hours for full-time salary exempt positions is 44-48 per week. A minimum 40 hours is required.
Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor. Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 4 to 6 years of experience.
The associate may work remotely within the defined schedule; however, such arrangement is subject to changes in accordance with the needs of the area, or decisions of the organization.
