Outside Parts Salesperson
Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC) is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for an Outside Parts Salesperson. The role of the Outside Parts Salesperson is to develop and achieve maximum profitable sales volume of products and services from assigned accounts in a designated territory. The role analyzes customer operations to discover future parts, service and truck requirements.
Oversee operations of assigned customers.
Advise or assist customers in such areas as inventory selection and control, service available, new products and services, etc.
Plan territory coverage and call upon key accounts (current and prospective) regularly.
Take parts orders, introduce new products and promotions, reemphasize existing products and services and provide literature as necessary.
MHC is an expansion of the original company, Ozark Kenworth, Inc. Ozark Kenworth started in Springfield, Missouri, in January 1975. Opening for business without a Parts or Service department and only three employees in a temporary facility. From there, the company grew and expanded.
MHC is now a multi-state network of full-service diesel truck dealerships, leasing and rental operations, transport refrigeration locations, and a finance company which offers a complete array of finance and insurance services.

Previous sales experience
One year automotive parts related experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills preferred.
