Supply Chain Analyst - Data Analytics
In this role you will join our Global Sourcing organization to drive material cost performance and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization. The Supply Chain Analyst will support the sourcing team to realize cost reduction opportunities across the global supply chain and will work closely with the Finance, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management organizations.
Work in a team environment to meet and exceed cost saving metrics using sophisticated analytical tools
Support commodity managers in the development of RFI, RFQ, and RFP packages
Work with commodity managers to generate "Should Cost" for specific components by analyzing raw material costs, direct, indirect, and overhead manufacturing costs
Develop Power Point presentations of cost data to use in supplier negotiations and for presentation to senior management
Identify cost out opportunities by monitoring global raw material and labor costs, currency fluctuations, tariffs, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering or Statistics
3 plus years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Finance
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
Experience using analytical tools, including Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, or other BI tools
Understanding of Supply Chain management with emphasis in Sourcing
Ability to present complex data to cross functional teams in a clear and concise manner
Experience with Supply Chain and Data Analysis reporting
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
5 plus years of experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Finance
