Essential Functions

The Division of Cardiovascular Health and Disease at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine seeks a faculty candidate in the area of interventional cardiology.  Faculty of the Division of Cardiovascular Health and Disease, Department of Internal Medicine provide exceptional ambulatory and hospital-based care, maintain active engagement in our education and training missions, and participate in quality improvement, safety and research projects.

The University of Cincinnati has a long history of clinical, education & research programs and offers many opportunities for collaboration within the College of Medicine as well as with Cincinnati Children's Medical Center. The Cardiology Division is comprised of over 30 full time faculty members and nearly 20 fellows with broad subspecialty interests.

Minimum Requirements

Board certification in Internal Medicine, board certification in Cardiovascular Disease, and board eligibility or certification in Interventional Cardiology.  They must also have the capacity to obtain an unrestricted Ohio Medical License and DEA license. Applicants for faculty positions must qualify for a full-time faculty position at the rank(s) of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor in the Department of Medicine.
