AsaSenior Product Analyst,you'll help buildtheproduct vision, strategy, and roadmapalongside our productorganization.You will work withotheranalytics teamsto define requirements for delivering key capabilities that provide visibility intoproduct performance and the end-to-end patient journey.You'll beexpected to continuously improve, elevate and evolve ouranalyticsofferingsfrom data modeling to visualization.

Partner with productmanagers and key stakeholders to define, capture, and monitor key program and platform metrics, particularly in the context of product experimentation

Strive to strike the right balance between innovation,maintenance,and product sustainabilitywhen determining priorities
Obtain a deep understanding of the capabilitiesand nuancesofthedatastack poweringouranalytics solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to scope new features and inform the product roadmap through analysis
Define and monitor key metrics; investigate changes in metrics and propose next steps
Advise business partners on A/B test design and interpretation while upholding experimentation best practices within and across teams
Work cross functionally to find ways to scale our insights through better systems and automation
BA/BS in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, operations research, or related quantitative social/physical science
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Interest in understanding the fundamental functionality of our products and the data lineagefromuser interactionto the analytics environment
A natural collaborator who brings disparate stakeholders together to make things happen
Strong problem solver who can handle interrelated projects
Experience usingSQLto buildscalabledatamodels to drive efficiency and automation
Expertise with data visualization tools to convey actionable insights to product managers and business leaders; Tableau preferred
Demonstrated proficiencywithA/B testing and experimentation best practices
Knowledge ofand ability toexplainbasic statistic techniques: linear and logistic regression, confidence intervals, p-values
