CoverMyMeds is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented and energetic marketing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This position will support our provider, pharmacy and payer business units and their products. The marketing specialist will collaborate closely with other marketing team members as well as sales, account management and product teams to deliver holistic marketing campaigns and sales tools supporting company objectives.
What you'll do
Like most growing companies, the job content of all positions varies daily as everyone pitches in to get the job done. Nonetheless, we try to maintain clarity with respect to employees' primary responsibilities.
Develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns for provider, pharmacy and payer product adoption and utilization through the various marketing channels. Channels may include, but are not limited to email, direct mail, social and digital campaigns
Collaborate with account management teams to identify areas of opportunity and determine the best method of communication to accomplish defined objectives
Work with analytics team members to build reporting to track and deliver results of marketing campaigns to internal and external stakeholders
Seek out collaboration and buy-in from internal stakeholders (e.g. product and sales) to develop the most effective strategic marketing tactics
Participate in strategic discussions that support thought leadership initiatives
Apply sales and marketing concepts across multiple channels to create cohesive experiences for campaigns
Audit and update marketing and sales messaging to ensure optimization of marketing materials
Partner with creative team to prepare customizedmaterials for sales and program support.
Apply thorough understanding of our business model and how industry trends may impact our efforts
Support the management of a marketing budget, tracking awareness, perception, cost of customer acquisition and return on investment of marketing efforts
Partner closely with marketing team leaders to plan and secure relevant paid media packages, including highlighting content verticals, audience demographics, and performance metrics
Optimize media plans and budgets according to the best media mix
5-7 years of relevant marketing experience
Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment; able to balance multiple projects at once, iterate quickly and adapt to a rapidly evolving brand
Ability to make decisions and confidently explain strategic approach
Organized, detail oriented and deadline driven with excellent time-management, scoping and prioritization skills
Proven record of success and accountability for seeing projects from start to completion
Advertising agency experience a plus
Healthcare industry experience a plus
