Job Description
The Direct Care Mentor provides individual or group supervision of youth at Pathway. This may include providing one on one mentoring, group support, transportation, or childcare for training. This also includes being both a positive adult role model as well as providing quality adult supervision and leadership.
The successful applicant for this position must be at least 21 years of age; at least one year of college is preferred, at least one year experience working with youth is preferred; must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record; must successfully complete and pass all state accrediting bodies' training requirements; demonstrate sensitivity and consideration for the cultural differences among the children and families served by Pathway.
