Job Description
This role is responsible for conducting analyses on operations, developing reports and forecasts, and acting as a liaison to business partners. Additional responsibilities include tracking operational efficiencies, leading problems solving activities, and supporting the five year zero paper initiative. Additionally, this role will manage contract processes for Hardware and Software enhancements as well as the direct vendor relationships for those processes. This role is critical to the digital conversion of work done by CMA, NRC, DSL, DPL, Deposit Products, Credit Operations, Bank Fraud Unit, Disputes, Acquisition, and integration into their servicing systems and the Enterprise Content Management system. Will focus on utilizing digital input methods (mobile capture, web API) and leveraging Optical Character Recognition, Handwriting Analysis Interpretation, and Robotic Process Automation to create efficient digital work flow with audit trail and automated retention capabilities.

Major Responsibilities:

Develops operational reports and forecasts.

Completes analyses and identifies potential business and efficiency opportunities.

Acts as a business liason.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Finance, Business

Work Experience: Minimum 6+ years Operations, financial analysis

Minimum In Lieu of Education Experience Years Experience Type of Experience (i.e., Financial Analyst, Customer Service, Management): Minimum-15+ years of work experience in Operations or financial analysis
