Job Summary





Medpace is a Clinical Research Organization that is rapidly growing across the globe. Due to our continued growth, we are in need of qualified and focused individuals, like yourself. This is a vital role in our Finance department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:



Responsibilities





Play an integral role in the analysis, tracking, and forecasting of clinical project activity with respect to the contracted scope and budget;
Provide analysis and explanation of significanttrends and contribute to the presentation of project-level budgetary results to stakeholders:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized best practices pertaining to the reporting and analysis ofresults, including the design of management reporting, analytical tools and related processes;
Partner with various Operational and Support departments (Commercial Operations, Clinical Operations, etc.) throughout the Organization toassess project-level activities and develop estimates of work complete, accruals, forecasts, etc.
Assist with the development of departmental SOPs and/or other departmental process and procedures documents as needed; and
Provide support in special projects related to Commercial Operations and the broader Organization.



Qualifications





Bachelor's degree in finance or related field;
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
Ability to perform routine analysis of data and draw conclusions;
Fundamental knowledge of accounting and other regulatory principles;
Excellent organization and time-management skills;
Ability to prioritize assigned tasks while adhering to deadlines;
High attention to detail and accountability for timely completion of assigned tasks; and
Demonstrates high attention to detail and accountability for timely completion of assigned tasks.
Demonstrates ability to exercise high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
