Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-basedManager to join our Commercial Operations team.This position requires a motivated, self-starter to assist the organization in making informed strategic decisions based on data driven insights. This position will work closely with commercial operations and functional leaders to develop solutions that anticipate the user's needs and drive business results.


Translate complex data into simple conclusions that empower business leaders to make decisions and take action
Transform business requirements into tangible solutions that drive business results
Manage process, timelines and relationships with functional leaders to meet business objectives
Oversee analytics initiatives, including requirements gathering, prioritization and implementation
Assess market feedback and business performance in development of pricing methodologies and algorithms
Develop tools that optimize business processes and support continuous improvement
Manage a team of analysts; including performance planning and career development


Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or related field; MBA/CFA/CPA is preferred;
At least 3 years of data analytics experience with a minimum of 5 years overall professional experience;
Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
Experience in managing projects;
Comprehensive understanding of data visualization tools and methodologies;
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Prior management experience preferred
