IT Lead Project Manager - ERP
In this role you will help Therma-Tru/Fiberon achieve its strategic goals by facilitating and managing the overall ERP project for Fiberon Oracle Cloud deployment, followed by the Therma-Tru implementation at a larger scale. Oversee the successful planning, resourcing, organization, leading and execution of critical ERP tasks. Partner closely with the overall ERP leadership to execute effectively to the project plan, while driving to ensure key milestone are met. Build out strong regular communications to stakeholders on critical upcoming milestones and ensure project tollgates are on track. Follow the overall IT Project Management Methodology.
Responsible for the successful planning, organization, leading, and execution of a project effectively and efficiently.
Focuses on both strategic and tactical achievement of desired business results.
Manages projects/team members without direct authority.
Responsible for the full lifecycle of small to large-scale projects.
Oversee one major initiative, or 2-4 smaller projects
Provides guidance to other PMs and manages large projects with little to no guidance from superiors.
Anticipates and manages change with the ability to implement change control/management techniques for the project.
Ensures responsibility and accountability from all stakeholders for scope management.
Executes on pre-established roadmap and release delivery schedule.
Identifies and engages project stakeholders.
Create project data sheet (summary, vision, charter).
Develops relationships with key stakeholders, trying to better translate business requirements into key projects tasks.
Responsible for the financial health of the project
BA/BS Business in IT
4+ years work experience in project coordination or an IT related position
3-5 years of Project Management experience
Experience working large IT projects
Project management software capabilities (e.g. Microsoft Project, Monday.com, etc)
PMI PMP certification or demonstrated related expertise
Advanced leadership and general management skills
Advanced communication, negotiation, change management, and conflict resolution capabilities
Demonstrated understanding of organizational environment and projects alignment to corporate objectives
Knowledge of enterprise applications, preferably Oracle
Strong Analytical Skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
