This Global Programs Specialist 3 has a focus specifically for our federal marketing strategy. The chosen candidate will be responsible for partnering with sales leadership to develop the marketing strategy to help achieve business revenue goals. What you will be doing

Work with business leaders and sales to lead the development, execution and management of complex marketing strategies and related campaigns
Analyze and report on the impact of campaigns; use this information to develop recommendations to optimize performance and grow pipeline
Work with other marketing and sales areas, such as demand creation, sales enablement and market intelligence, to ensure effective execution of campaigns
Develop and manage marketing plan and budget in support of sales goals
Own and promote the marketing plan; this includes, but is not limited to: market analysis, budget management, competitive analysis, segmentation, targeting, positioning, messaging, content plan, awareness, demand generation, product launch management, & customer marketing
Design and manage live and/or virtual events; ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy that supports the related marketing campaign and strategic goals
Educate sales on new and planned global, regional and local marketing activities
Take proactive measures to identify and improve internal efficiencies and grow knowledge of the team; remain current on best practices and market trends
Provide guidance to other team members
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

What will make you successful

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or marketing-related field
Experience in marketing/marketing communications
Experience developing marketing plans and budgets
Demonstrated successful experience in composing and presenting information and ideas in group settings
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Strong oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Self-motivated with the ability to complete projects in a timely manner with minimal oversight
Keen attention to detail
Up to 20% travel time required
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
