Job Description

ole / job description:? In this role you will be expected to keep our test fleet running safely in the desired configuration. Expect to perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance of the OEM systems and self driving components. You will replace any and all hardware that needs to be replaced for failure or upgrade. You will perform SW and FW updates across many different modules.  Clear, timely and detailed documentation is critical to your success.


 Maintain fleet of self driving vehicles

 Follow established diagnostic procedures, repair and replace sensors, computers, custom electronics, and wiring harnesses

 Perform typical mechanical tasks including:

  Brake service items 

  Oil changes

  Tire replacements

  Coolant service 

  Daily disinfection

  Daily and weekly vehicle inspections



 Use a computer to diagnose, update, calibrate and interact with Self Driving Systems

 Update work orders, spreadsheets, and reports to the appropriate teams              

 Work with cross-functional teams of engineers on vehicle systems


        ?     Minimum?:


  5+ years working as a technician in an automotive engineering environment

  Good computer skills

  Good verbal & written communication skills

  Driver’s License
