The Sector Leader will be responsible for the profitability and overall health of the Sector as well as: Identifying and remedying areas of improvement in the Sector, researching and implementing new directives for Sector prosperity and organic growth. Collaborating with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans for the Sector. The Sector leader is responsible for P+L and providing expertise to the markets to win new business and to ensure repeat business. Strong market knowledge with financial, analytical and business acumen.

The role is responsible for aligning and driving client opportunities within a specific sector area within the market and the region.
The Sector leader is responsible for P+L and providing expertise to the markets to win new business and to ensure repeat business.
Responsible for ensuring execution of assignments, repeat business, new client opportunities, and excellent client service and delivery.
The role builds relationships with key internal partners to form strategic client relationships, while also identifying potential opportunities outside of the channel.
Well-connected in the marketplace with a reputation as an expert leader by past clients and peers, and has experience with Private, Public, and Federal clients.
Strategic thinker who can connect vision and strategy to tactical execution.
Strong presence and leadership skills with proven experience in building and managing cross-functional teams.

Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
Ten (10) or more years of experience in the Architecture and Engineering space.
Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification preferred.
Advanced experience in building relationships and promoting professional services
Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and leading technical personnel.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
