Line Cook (OMJ/MC)
Part Time and Full Time Shifts
1st Shift 8am to 5pm and 2nd shift is 3pm to 11pm or 12pm on Weekends

Job Skills/Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively in Busy and Loud Kitchen Environment
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing (English or Spanish)
Sets Up Line Stations (Fry, Assembler, Broil, Grill, or Steam)
Assembles Plates According to Menu Examples
Cooks Fried, Broiled, Steamed Foods to Order with Proper Temperature and Standards
Coordinates Activities on the Line
Completes Cleaning Duties as required per scheduled shift
Ability to bend at waist and lift items up to 60 lbs. to waist level
Able to move items 35 lbs. for distance up to 25 feet
Able to remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
Able to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures (above 140 degrees/ below 40 degree Fahrenheit)
Able to tolerate exposure or contact with seafood without an allergic reaction or sensitivity
Skill and coordination at using hands to perform kitchen duties
Able to wear vinyl or latex gloves
Able to tolerate exposure to chlorine sanitation solutions
