The Salesforce Automation Administrator is responsible for design, quality assurance, execution, maintenance and reporting for the Salesforce platform.

What you will be doing

Conduct onsite discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders to determine architectural requirements for the integration of their Software solution
Design solution using a set of integration software modules, applying solid platform technical knowledge as well as limited enterprise application technical knowledge
Generate a written report that translates business requirements into technical specifications required for the integration, with minimal oversight
Present documentation on solution requirements to key customer stakeholders for validation and approval
Perform integration implementations, enhancements and solution upgrades for customers
Create and execute test plans
Perform configuration and development for interface connections between the software solution and customer's enterprise application
Troubleshoot integration problems and recommend solutions with oversight
Interact with internal and external clients regarding integration processes and procedures
Know the proper use of Company internal applications to provide accurate, complete, and actionable information to other groups and departments within the Company
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

What will make you successful

Bachelor's Degree in related field, such as Management Information Systems or Computer Science
Experience with Salesforce Administration
Experience with object-oriented programming and Company software platform technologies
Experience following a project process, gathering requirements, creating documentation and testing
Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight
Up to 25% travel; may be required to travel internationally
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
