As a Sales Support Representative, you will be part of a team that assists with the day-to-day activities of Account Executives while developing critical business skills. The goal of this position is to develop the skills needed to transition into a sales role managing your own territory. What you will be doing





Supporting the Sales teams
Perform Salesforce data audits; ensure all data is up to date, accurate and in compliance
Provide information and support for RFP/RFQ/RFI requests
Participate in lead registration process; call and confirm registration facts
Making calls to set appointments or drive attendance to events
Accompany account managers to customer meetings; actively participate in meeting
Assist with sales, conversion and up-sell campaigns; manage email distributions and participate in phone campaigns
Assist with product sales classes and reseller/customer visits
Provide direct support and coaching to customers/partners; operate as their liaison to company's resources
Work as a liaison between account manager and order processors to resolve question or issues related to client invoices or billing questions
Complete self-directed training plan which includes modules on solution selling, products and solutions, and company operational processes
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy



What will make you successful





Bachelor's degree
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office
Experience with CRM systems- Salesforce preferred
Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects independently to completion
Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others
Ability to successfully collaborate within teams as well as with other areas of the business
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Up to 25% travel time required
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
