About the Job

Sidney area manufacturer has immediate openings for experienced Production associates.

This is a fulltime, temp to hire position with an organization offering excellent job security, benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Pay Rate:          1st shift $16.00

                           2nd shift $17.50

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Operating Cardboard machine and conveyors
    Demonstrates ability to meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
    Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
    Packaging food product into boxes
    Responsible for safety and quality throughout production
    Follows all company policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

    High School diploma or equivalent
    Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
    Ability to be on feet up to 10 hours during a shift
    Ability to work 5 10-hour days and overtime as required
    Ability to lift to 50lbs as needed
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Repetitive twisting, bending, and lifting
    Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
    Must work well in team environment
