The Junior IT Analyst will focus on Exstream CCM technology to develop personalized documents and emails required to operate our business. Ensure Document production support of the technology 24/7 as needed to support the Business. Composition of documents for all Business Units of Sherwin-Williams inclusive of Customer Communications (Invoices, Statements, New Account Letters, etc.), Marketing Communications (Postcards, Flyers, Selling aids), Store supporting materials (Deposit Tickets, Shelf Labels), Vendor Communication (Checks, Tax Notification, etc.), Employee Benefits document communication to employees, Financial Reporting to Employees and SEC Report Generation and Distribution (10Q, New Releases, Quarterly Reporting, Annual Reporting).  This position will be proficient in all aspects of utilization of this tool, including document design, data coordination, integration with
mail, print and archive technologies. Technical support provided to Print Fulfilment Center Software Applications, as needed.

This role is located in Cleveland Ohio at our Headquarters location.

Essential Functions

Strategy and Planning
•    Resolves problems encountered with data access or formatting that impacts processing failures.
•    Involves others and works with staff to resolve the problems quickly and with as little impact to daily operations as possible.
•    Works with internal and/or external personnel for all Exstream programs created documents in a timely and accurate fashion to meet scheduled guidelines.
•    Assists with gathering requirements, analyzes, creates design documents, and performs impact analysis.
•    Assists with assessing and cultivate long-term strategic goals for development in conjunction with end users, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
•    Continuously evaluates industry trends for opportunities to utilize new technologies and data sources for reporting and analytics improvement and prepare strategies to share with team for implementation of enhancements in the The Americas Group (TAG) IT environment.
•    Participate in all aspects of software upgrade analysis, implementation, and testing

Acquisition and Deployment
•    Conducts research and make recommendations on reporting/analytics products, services, and standards in support of procurement and development efforts.
•    Gathers requirements, analyzes, creates design documents, and performs impact analysis.
•    Provide ongoing support of the MicroStrategy implementation.

Operational Management
•    Works with other team members in managing and developing OpenText Exstream technologies.
•    Designs personalized documents and correspondence for delivery through the Print, Online Viewing Archive and Email distribution.
•    Responsible for working with team members from multiple areas, disciplines and skill sets to pro-actively and continuously identify opportunities for improved document generation, presentation, and delivery.
•    Develops and supports Exstream applications, Microsoft Windows, basic SQL, analysis and programming experience, including but not limited to document design, program coding, testing, debugging, documenting, installing, etc.
•    Provides quality assurance responsibilities, self-monitors assignments providing status to project teams and management.
•    Interacts and communicates effectively with all internal and external department contacts.
•    Responsible for project completion and user satisfaction on all assignments. Documentation, Scripting and Scheduling requirements to BMC Team inclusive on all project completion.

Incidental Functions
•    Assists with projects as required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
•    Position requires 24/7 support as needed when system or applications fail.
•    Attends meetings as a representative of team.
•    Some travel, up to 5% may be required.
•    Working outside the standard office 7.5 hour work day as required.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification
•    Associate degree IT, Business or related field or equivalent experience.

Knowledge & Experience
•    0-1 years IT and/or Business experience.
•    Able to document processes and procedures in a user-friendly language.
•    Prior experience with data management and/or analysis preferred.
•    Knowledge of Windows Server and File structures
•    Familiarity with variable document creation, personalization, or marketing campaigns preferred.
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Office product suite, such as MS Word, and Excel for documentation, analysis, and document creation.
•    Knowledge of Windows scripting, Document generation tools, Adobe Graphic Software, Web tools (CSS, etc) preferred.

Temporary work from home protocalls may be in effect for this position due to COVID-19, but this is not a remote position and any selected candidate must live within a reasonable commuting distance.
