The Specialist, Marketing Analytics will analyze data, identify trends and craft insightful recommendations based on observation and interpretation skills for marketing and other key stakeholders to drive decisions, identify growth opportunities, and create strong action plans for implementation.

This role will work as a part of the Corporate Marketing team to create and drive adoption of best practices, and with internal marketing teams to guide them in their digital marketing efforts.

General Responsibilities:

Manage the marketing-attributed lead lifecycle, including attribution models, process for qualification, engagement strategies, funnel analysis, automation, and training and best practices.

Support lead qualification and scoring efforts, including marketing automation recommendations and implementation

Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns including asset management, execution, and reporting campaign effectiveness

Drive SEM/SEO strategies, including website analysis and PPC recommendations

Create and implement best practices across all marketing platforms and initiatives to the organization *LI-CB1


Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide exceptional value internally

Ability to adjust and manage through changes; has aptitude and desire for professional growth and role expansion

Excited by new challenges, demonstrates action and initiative, and can identify and seize new opportunities


3+ years of relevant experience

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or relevant field

Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo

Experience with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce
