The Billing Analyst position requires preparing and processing vendor invoices, coordinating collection efforts, and executing various accounting tasks, accurately and timely.
Working as part of the integrated Accounting team
Provide excellent service to internal and external clients, while preparing and processing vendor invoices, coordinating collection efforts, and executing various accounting tasks, accurately and timely
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Must have a minimum of 4+ years' experience in a billing or accounting type of role
Prior Deltek Vision experience is a plus
Prior experience working for an Architecture, Engineering, Geospatial, or Construction organization is a plus
Must have excellent Mathematical skills
Must have exceptional attention to detail, multitasking, time management, and customer service skills
Must have a robust understanding of basic computer software's including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
