Position Overview

Inside Sales Resource for our Regional Accounts for Diebold Nixdorf. You must be an expert in customer applications used within the financial banking industry, and in closing high-complexity sales. You will be responsible for selling Diebold Nixdorf Systems, Software and Services Solutions, such as Consumer Transaction Automation (like ATM's), software, professional services, teller automation, bank equipment and Integrated Services. You will be expected to achieve annual quotas throughout an assigned territory by selling all of DN products, services and solutions to new and existing customers over the telephone.  You will work directly with customers and be part of the Regional Sales team per assignment. Position will report directly to Sr. Manager, Sales Operations.

You are responsible for

Prospect, qualify and generate new business through Over-the-Phone cold calls, Marketing campaigns and lead qualification
Identify opportunities to generate new business, reactivate dormant accounts, and grow existing accounts within an assigned territory to achieve sales objectives
Manage and enhance profitable business relationships, to maximize client retention, increase customer loyalty and grow revenue
Achieve personal goals. Develop Annual Business Plan to execute on sales based on territory assignment and goal as assigned by the corporation
Maximize opportunities by conducting needs assessments, developing customized solution designs through consultative selling
Sales pipeline management, including forecasting and call reporting
Manage an account base of 1,000+ clients with an order entry quota of $1-2 million
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales goals for assigned Diebold Nixdorf offerings
Work with Americas Marketing Manager to develop direct Over-the-Phone campaigns and execute on them
Qualify, enter and properly document leads
Develop adequate pipeline to ensure sales success
Monitor, update, and ensure all data is reflected in Salesforce.com
Craft solutions with appropriate Diebold Nixdorf products and services that meets business goals based on client needs
Follow through to ensure successful Order Entry, Sales Fulfillment, Installation, Post-Installation and Operations on orders produced, as well as proper customer follow-up
Work with service and sales partners to manage service renewals and new service contracts
Accurately capture and document customer data pertaining to contact information, etc
Complete all required training in a timely manner
Conduct activities according to all corporate ethics and compliance standard, as well as report any violations to the appropriate oversight resources

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, and support of emerging and developing complex solutions
A comprehensive knowledge of banking center operations, procedures and the utilization of technology within the banking center environment
Proven success in high quota carrying position
Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners
Consultative sales experience with complex solution design
Must understand and be able to articulate the Diebold Nixdorf value proposition
Must be customer focused with the ability to work independently to complete workload responsibilities 
Must have exceptional communication, presentation, strategic planning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Must be PC proficient with a working knowledge of various spreadsheet and presentation programs
Strong team management, communication and negotiating skills at executive levels
Ability to logically plan, set priorities, identifies and resolves problems to produce measurable results
Ability to handle multiple tasks, provide attention to detail, present material to management/customers, and ability to both work well with others and on an individual basis
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performs well under deadlines and independently

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work experience in a banking center
Knowledge and understanding of Diebold Nixdorf products and services
1-2 years' experience in sales and support with Diebold Nixdorf or company with similar solution offerings
