* Ensure patient contact is handled with accuracy and operational effectiveness
* Promote products, thoroughly explaining product and/or services, benefits, and assisting with facilitating physician communication as necessary
* Resolve customer concerns
* Record customer information by obtaining, entering, and verifying required data
* Provide customer follow-up as required
* Contribute to departmental objectives through tracked contact and sales results
