As part of a Shared Services Center (SSC), a Service Contract Specialist (SCS) is responsible to partner with, mentor and trust our service provider (Accenture). Together as one unit, provide support of Diebold Nixdorf customers, the internal SSC business unit and external business units, with timely and accurate service contract entitlements, invoices and revenue related accountabilities.
There is a blend of routine and non-routine operational tasks in the associated work, which offers variety and demands flexibility, a customer centric work ethic and problem-solving skills. The position requires operational governance of day-to-day operations surrounding an assigned area of responsibility and territory A wide variety of account driven functions with an emphasis on follow through and accountability.
You are responsible for
Proactively identify and manage GBS and customer needs through innovation, proposing alternative solutions that balance benefit and cost
Manage integration of new business and corporate initiatives into GBS Diebold Nixdorf. This includes extensive research and project management to gain an understanding of the new business and initiative in order to effectively incorporate into Diebold Nixdorf
Work to maintain strategic partnerships with functional groups within Diebold Nixdorf, including but not limited to IT, Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Field Service to implement end to end solutions
Assists in mapping and documentation of new and existing GBS operation-impacting processes
Develops process training documentation for internal and external GBS team members for new process or system enhancement. Assists with training delivery as needed
Utilize experience and knowledge to determine process automation opportunities. Also partners with automation development teams in development/testing of BOT implementation
Manage system enhancements including discovery, gathering and approving requirements, end to end testing and implementation
Works with internal and external GBS partners in necessary data collection, process creation/modifications and/or information needed to create or modify needed processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy
Delivers projects by coordinating project planning, communicates project statuses and gathers data regarding projects and or problems to be resolved with associated recommended solutions to obtain required results
Strong analytical abilities
Advanced working knowledge of DN systems including Oracle, Siebel and CPQ
Advanced working knowledge of order to cash processes both within and outside GBS operations
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications
Ability to work with limited to no supervision
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Strong business intelligence possessing a full understanding of Diebold Nixdorf's internal and external needs
Ability to develop strong working relationships with any functional group at all levels in both Field and Headquarters
Ability to make sound decisions independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work
1-2 years experience in specialized service delivery, either in financial services or related field
Ability to work independently and also contribute to team specific goals
Detail oriented with proven organizational skills
Manages time efficiently in a fast paced environment
Customer service minded individual
Motivated and comfortable in managing complex and evolving situations
Receptive and able to learn new systems/processes quickly
3-4 years' experience in customer service delivery
