The primary purpose of the Product Support/Fee Coordinator is to review, assist, compile data, document processes and problem solve issues that are directed to the department.


* Ability to compile fee schedules as released by CMS and prepare for load into the various claims processing systems. This includes but is not limited to Medicare Locality updates, Zip codes and region code updates.

* Work with Provider Relations on Commercial fee schedules as updates are warranted.

* Track and test fee schedule loads once loaded into the systems to ensure they load properly and to document for change control and auditing purposes.

* Act as a consultant to departments to problem solve and/or issue resolution to software system functionality. Determine user functionality vs. software functionality to report issues to software vendors. Software includes, but not limited to, TCX, QNXT, RIMS, CES, EAM.

* Assist with updating configuration options within the claims processing software based on department manager decisions. Document for change control and audit purposes.

* Assist with testing and coordination of software upgrades.

* Perform production daily closing file reconciliation from QNXT to Change Health Care. Record and identify any errors requiring solution adjustments for the EOP/EOB.

* Perform testing and file reconciliation from the test regions during conversion and for upgrades.

* Ability to identify and problem solve.

* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

* Process Improvement: Continuously reviews, recommends and implements improvement steps, as needed or directed.

* Seeks supervisory guidance/approval as appropriate.

* Portrays professional image: follows dress code, communicates with internal and external customers in a professional manner, including appropriate verbal and written grammar.

* Promotes and demonstrates professional standards to enhance the development of the department.

* Practices ethical conduct.

* Meets acceptable attendance and punctuality expectations (excluding FMLA)

* Education: High School or High School Equivalent.

* Experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook proficient. SQL and Access databse experience preferred.


* Hours of operation, shifts as assigned. Occasionally extra hours, on-call, off-shifts (evenings and/or weekends) scheduled as necessary.

* Lunch and break periods must be coordinated with other staff members to maintain adequate office staffing.

* Subject to frequent interruptions and changes in priority of duties throughout the day.

* Office environment with moderate noise level.

* Frequent sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, and long periods working at a computer.

* Occasionally walking, standing, twisting/turning and reaching upward or forward during work day.
