The Senior Brand Manager, Compounding will build and execute an integrated compound brand strategy to support the growth and development of Covetrus Compounding business positioned both through direct and ecommerce channels. Establishes and directs the development and implementation of brand, marketing plans and budgets that align with organizational goals and objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop, plan, align and execute marketing strategies for Compounding organization and for new and existing products or services
Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategies
Responsible for the performance of B2B & B2C marketing
Establishes operational objectives for team members
Develop clear and differentiated messaging and value propositions to target audiences
Regular contact with executives and major customers
Lead a team to produce high quality externally facing content including thought leadership, customer stories, webinars, data sheets, videos, website content, product related blogs and more for all funnel stages.
Ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level regarding matters of significance to the organization
Developing, tracking, and reporting on marketing measures in partnership with product and sales
Establishes and assures adherence to annual budgets, schedules, and performance requirements
Overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, and managing expense priorities
Establishes operational objectives to determine success of operation
Decision making guided by resource availability team objectives
Provides leadership to regional team members
Reviews team objectives and measures success of operation across internal marketing functions
Collaborate with sales to analyses relevant sales information and market data (qualitative & quantitative) to identify business growth potential through existing customers and potential markets.
Prepares and presents weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required
Works in a team environment, sharing best practice and collaborates cross-functionally across other departments
Supervision and responsibility for selecting, developing, and evaluating personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, marketing or equivalent in a B2B software environment desirable
A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role
A proven track record for demonstrating B2B product growth through implementation of successful marketing strategies
Experience with building value propositions and managing a portfolio of integrations
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business
In depth knowledge of B2B marketing
Expertise in leading and empowering marketing teams
Managing annual budget for regional business functions
