Performs Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management tasks in support of Advanced Battle Management System. Such tasks include those related to CM Planning, Identification,
Status Accounting, Verification and Audits, and Change Control. Provides requirements for new and revised statements of work, requests for proposals, acquisition strategy plans, acquisition
management plans, and other program documentation. Manages the Configuration Control Board process for the organization and prepares/maintains relevant documentation (CCB Directives,
Agenda, Minutes, CCB Charter, presentation material, etc.). Directly supports the CCB Chair. Evaluates CM plans/processes and contractor or organic proposals from a CM standpoint.
Responsible for assuring that appropriate CM requirements are covered in all assigned program contracts. Ensures compliance with in-house CM procedures. Recommends revisions and drafts
new procedures to meet new or unique program requirements. Provides organizational and Center metrics and adheres to CM standard processes and tools. Identification of Contract Data
Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) appropriate to the effort and conducting and chairing Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRBs). Controls requests for data from
data accession lists, processes one-time DIDs, reviews contractor management systems for the preparation, maintenance, control, and delivery of data, assuring identified data is consistent with
the DIDs, Statement of Work (SOW), and program direction. Ensures DIDs are consistent with the Acquisition Streamlining and Standardization Information System (ASSIST). Determines
contractor compliance with the data requirements in coordination with other organizational personnel and resolves deficiencies in delivered data. Provides STINFO guidance on marking scientific
and technical documentation. Evaluates OM plans/processes and contractor or organic proposals from a contract DM standpoint. Responsible for assuring that appropriate contract DM and
STINFO marking requirements are covered in all assigned program contracts and compliant with in-house DM procedures. Recommends revisions and drafts new procedures to meet new or
unique program requirements. Provides organizational and Center metrics and adheres to OM and STINFO standard processes and tools.


At least 10-15 years of CM/DM acquisition experience with experience working with
classified programs


Bachelors. Master's degree highly desired
