The Pharmaceutical Science division of the UC Winkle College of Pharmacy is accepting applications for a Postdoctoral position to pursue basic and translational cancer research.

The selected postdoctoral fellow will focus on understanding the fundamental principles of cancer-associated fibroblasts and the tumor microenvironment in targeted therapy and immunotherapy and determining the molecular, cellular, and transcriptional mechanisms underlying the complex interactions among cancer cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts, therapeutical agents, and the microenvironment. We use a variety of tumor organoid models, genetically engineered mouse models, and xenograft models combined with functional genomic and epigenomic approaches to identify important druggable targets in the tumor microenvironment in melanoma and other types of solid tumors.
