We may have the perfect opportunity for you! As a Proposal Manager, you'll manage the bid submission process from initial contact through contract signing for our cutting edge products and services. You'll oversee the development of proposals in accordance with the request for proposal (RFP) specifications. Your duties will also include a review of proposals to ensure the appropriate themes are incorporated.

Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldof study. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Experience preparing Pricing Volumes to include Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
Advanced skills in one or more of Adobe Creative Suite applications: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat
Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word, for the use of proposals, such as formatting, outlining, graphics integration
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense or US Military
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Exposure to simultaneously managing multiple proposals of all sizes from proposal planning to delivery
Experience with technical and proposal writing with emphasis in technical products and logistics services
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to motivate/work with others
Ability to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment
The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
