Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a Customer Care Representative in our Columbus, Ohio location. We are looking for a hardworking, sales-oriented and customer focused individual who is willing to learn and grow with Kimball Midwest.
We are looking for an assertive, competitive go-getter to work with the Customer Development team, specifically the Customer Development Supervisor, to support the sales team through phone interactions with leads, prospects and end-user customers.
This position requires the ability to adapt and support the Sales Team and their mission, and requires the understanding and adherence to the 'Two Customer Philosophy'.
This position requires the tenacity to handle a large volume of outbound sales calls to potential Kimball Midwest customers.
This position welcomes individuals who are interested in growing their careers with Kimball Midwest, and offers a track towards exploring additional opportunities in our outside sales and Sales Recruiting departments.
Prior outbound call center experience preferred, but not required.
$17.00 per hour pay rate.
