We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Finance Senior Analyst to join our Ashland, OH team. You will be responsible for partnering with our operations leadership team on a daily basis, as well as various other financial activities including but not limited to planning, forecasting, costing, inventory control, financial modeling, month-end close responsibilities, capital projects, and reporting financial and non-financial results and variances.

You will:

Be a valued and integral part of a global organization, engaging at various senior levels of leadership.
Work closely with our manufacturing operations team in Pentair's Integrated Management System (PIMS).
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions through:
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting, ensuring timely & accurate results
Partner with the Operations Leader to develop, track and maintain commitments to AOP
Variance analysis to monthly budgets, forecasts, and outlooks
Hourly manufacturing efficiency and productivity reporting and analysis
Standard cost updates, roll-ups and work center updates
Supporting capital expenditure requests, IRR modeling, and forecasting of open projects
Supporting inventory control and monthly cross-functional meeting to review E&O inventory
Managing month-end close responsibilities such as journal entries and accrual accounting
Supporting site control responsibilities such as the approval process
Standardization and oversight of various finance and accounting requirements
Collecting, understanding, and loading financial and non-financial data for various reports

Key Qualifications:

Have earned at least a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics.
Have at least 5 + years of related finance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be an excellent communicator.
Be detail oriented.
Build relationships quickly and be able to influence others.
Have strong reporting and presentation skills.
Have exceptional planning and forecasting skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Be flexible, creative, respectful, and overall team player.
Have the ability to work under time constraints and deadlines.
