What you will be doing
The Digital Marketing Analytics Specialist will support key initiatives and process improvement for the Good Neighbor Pharmacy marketing value center. This role is responsible for supporting patient-facing digital marketing platforms and execution for the Good Neighbor Pharmacy program across all channels including My GNP Mobile app,, Google advertising, local listings management, social media and reputation management.

Support digital marketing program operations including social media, reputation management, Google Advertising, local listings management, web and mobile app marketing.

Review paid digital campaign data to proactively identify areas of improvement to inform field team conversations with customers.

Maintain dataflow and processes for key customer information in Salesforce that drives patient-facing marketing resources.

Assist the Social Media Manager and Brand Manager with scheduling and promoting national brand campaigns across all media including but not limited to major social media outlets and web platforms.

Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital and web efforts and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Deliver reporting and insights that accurately measure channel performance on monthly through annual basis that measure against those target metrics.

Work closely with Field Advertising Managers to educate and execute social media campaigns, inform content for monthly newsletter with program insights, inform performance reviews, answer customer inquiries and provide technology support.

Develop customer education materials to support the Good Neighbor Pharmacy marketing value center and improve digital marketing literacy among independent pharmacies.

Support program enhancements in digital front-end product marketing.

Assist with developing materials for ThoughtSpot, the Good Neighbor Pharmacy annual tradeshow.

Review and approve customer marketing customization submissions for use on, the My GNP mobile app and local listings management.

Respond to inquiries through web contact lead form and team shared inbox as needed.

Supports internal team education as a subject matter expert for digital marketing.

Update monthly web content on and support special campaign web content needs through Wordpress.

Format and assist with program email communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Collect customer experience insights and feedback on the Good Neighbor Pharmacy marketing program through periodic surveys and data analysis.

Assist with project management as required for new technology pilots and special assignments.

Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

Performs other duties as required.

What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)

Requires broad training in fields such as marketing, business analytics, communications, business administration or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing across multiple channels including PPC, social media, reputation management, web and mobile app marketing.

Demonstrable experience coordinating SEO/SEM.

Comprehensive understanding of Google Marketing Platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business and Google Ads.

Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google My Business are preferred.

Experience managing customer data in a CRM platform. Salesforce experience is preferred.

Experience updating content in a CMS platform. WordPress and Sitecore experience is preferred.

Proficiency in HTML and CSS preferred. Knowledge of Java is a plus.

Experience with Marketing Cloud and email automation is preferred.

Strong knowledge of current social media platforms and trends.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and/or retail pharmacy industry is not required but is beneficial.

Must have strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, interpret and communicate data.

Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines for multiple, ongoing projects.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.

Strong computer skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Ability to be multi-task oriented.
