Staffmark is looking for exceptional team players to work with one of our premier customers as a Team Lead on 3rd shift.  The company operates Sunday-Friday 8pm to finish which could vary so flexibility is a must! 

This individual will assist the Manager with the daily operation at a Mail Processing Warehouse located in Grove City.   Must possess strong staff leadership skills as well as good technical/automation skills working with UPS operating systems.  Warehouse Team Leads should be able to monitor work progress and be able to direct staff in their activities to guarantee the daily work plan is met while overall quality is maintained. Team Leads are required to provide support in planning, prioritizing and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency and accuracy for all department related activities. You'll also provide guidance to associates and help promote a positive warehouse environment of respect and teamwork.
