As the Associate Specialist, Operations, you will support the office and operations in a clerical and administrative role, ensuring administrative duties are handled accurately and in a timely fashion. What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Open vendor paperwork/index documents through Rail Optimizer
  • Maintain filing system and ensure filing is kept up to date
  • Run missing document report and advise contractors of missing documents that need to be scanned
  • Assist contractors with paperwork and research settlement issues
  • Monitor emails for paperwork requests
  • Assist contractors with disbursement from maintenance funds or promissory notes

To be successful at XPO, it'd be great if you have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of logistics or transportation experience
  • 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
