CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Serve as the first point of contact for all Coupa related questions from end users in region through constant monitoring of the support mailboxes and remedy incident management platform Includes hypercare responsibilities as Buy Right initiatives are launched in region
Provide technical assistance and support the maintenance of Coupa catalogs
Troubleshoot integration related transmission errors in region collaborating with business and IT partners. Responsible to monitor, report, and track through all issues to resolution all errors.
Troubleshoot Coupa functional issues and improvements utilizing Coupa Support and the Coupa community
Develop and distribute region-specific communications and training to regional end users ensuring program alignment and visibility with all stakeholders.
Activate / reactivate / deprovision user access in region including document reassignments. Identify user access needs and maintain custom roles as required
Handle local configuration and integration in accordance with P2P Global Governance
Incorporate updates from new releases and updates / introduction of functional processes to training materials and delivers training to end users in all supported countries
Support vendor master data, CSP engagement, and cxml configuration and troubleshooting for regional suppliers in accordance with P2P Global Governance
Act as liaison for escalation to the Global System Admin Manager for configuration / integration issues, enhancements, or initiatives that have global implications
Manage regional system functionality and configuration: including home page content, delegates, scheduled reports, notification preferences, approval chains, requisitions, purchase orders, creating and voiding receipts in accordance with P2P Global Governance
Maintain relevant configuration and procedural documentation
FORMAL EDUCATION: (GENERALLY, IF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE THREE YEARS OF WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EVERY ONE YEAR OF COLLEGE EDUCATION REQUIRED)Required:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Information Systems or related field is required.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
Required2+ years of experience with procurement or other relevant systems or application management experience
Bilingual (Must be fluent in English and Spanish)
Preferred:Accounts Payable, Procurement or IT experience preferred
Experience with Software as a Service is a plus as is any experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software
Strong people skills to support remote users effectively.
Strong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting.
Must be able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Be a key player of the implementation of the platform to support its successful, on-time delivery.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Word, and Power Point
Inclument must have effective interpersonal skills and judgement to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations
