Hyland is hiring an Infrastructure Administrator to join our Client Services team. In this role, you are responsible for implementing, monitoring, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the IT Infrastructure and will be managing systems such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Bitlocker along with other client application related technologies.

What you will be doing

Maintain Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager
Assist with the migration to Microsoft Defender
Assist with the migration to Microsoft Bitlocker
Maintaining system patching and software deployments
Respond to requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
Identify where the creation of proposals for purchasing of new technology is needed
Create and execute to completion small to medium Infrastructure projects
Compose internal documentation that reflects processes and system configuration
Consistently provide input on how to improve internal efficiencies
Grow in knowledge and be aware of best practices and latest market trends
Participate in the maintenance, testing, and execution of the Disaster Recovery Plan
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

What will make you successful

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience to perform the principal job duties
Experience in systems administration
Experience with Microsoft Server environments, including Microsoft Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
Experience with enterprise class applications
Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
Demonstrated ability to write concise, logical, grammatically correct documentation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong customer service orientation
Attentive to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy
Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion
Strong collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Ability to work outside of normal business hours (evenings, weekends, etc.)
up to 10% travel time required
