Requirements:

Education

Finance or Accounting degree

Work Experience

A minimum of 3 years

Technical Skills

Positive, energetic leadership and self-motivation skills
Must have strong written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed deadlines
Ability to perform financial modeling
Strong knowledge of computerized systems and Microsoft Office Software.

Responsibilities:

Partners with strategic initiative leadership to analyze profitability and KPIs of key initiatives and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Serves as a consultant to business partners and others regarding key timelines and inputs required to complete annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
Assists in the preparation of financial presentations for the internal leadership team and Board of Directors.
Leads executive level forecast review meetings to communicate key trends.
Leverage business intelligence tools to summarize and clearly articulate key profitability findings.
Provides financial support for the organization transformation process.
Performs ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business partners and/or management
