The Infrastructure Team Leader is responsible for leading and overseeing the Infrastructure Administrator team. This role will ensure that all projects follow strict guidelines through completion regardless of type of project - new implementation, upgrade, system change, maintenance, etc. This role will also ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely, accurate, professional manner. The Team Leader should work with all departments throughout Hyland Software to help define the need for technology as it changes and how it can best bring additional efficiency to Hyland. The focus of the Infrastructure Team is to ensure that the Infrastructure is reliable, available and growing with the company and adaptable as technology changes.

What you will be doing

Lead the Infrastructure Team and oversee their responsibilities
Ensure the Infrastructure Team work orders and project tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner
Create procedures to support policies created from IS Management
Manage company acquisitions and integrate infrastructures accordingly
Understand new technology as it emerges and plan for adoption of software, hardware, telecommunications, and other computer related technologies as seen fit to give the Company a competitive advantage and gain functionality
Oversee the maintenance of Servers and the Infrastructure environment
Assist the Infrastructure teams as needed and ensure proper interdepartmental communication is facilitated
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

What will make you successful

Comfortable under high-stress and exhibits poise and focus
Comfortable mentoring and providing constructive feedback to team members
Proficient in Enterprise Software including, but not limited to: VMware, Microsoft Windows OS (Server and Desktop) Microsoft Office, Linux, Cisco, Apple iOS, Android, and Remote Access.
Highly organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Excellent oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Excellent collaborative skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Excellent business and technology acumen
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job.
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
