Role Summary:
This newly-defined role will drive further adoption globally and evolution of the Company's customer relationship management (CRM) platform as part of a broader digital strategy aimed at retaining customers and accelerating the sales and prospecting cycle, ultimately driving growth.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements:
Skilled at driving adoption of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and user management to ultimately build and strengthen Hexion's corporate brand position.
Serve as the Company's CRM Subject Matter Expert and demonstrate an ability to foster a user-driven community, while leveraging collaboration technology platforms, such as Microsoft Teams. Track record of using virtual technology to adequately engage users, drive interest and support further adoption.
Strong project management skills and ability to work globally and cross functionally with associates in marketing, IT, sales and customer service.Experience using both "agile" and "waterfall" project methodologies preferred.
Demonstrated track record of leveraging CRM to analyze prospect-to-customer visibility as part of larger digital transformation initiative; develop integrated digital dashboards to measure ongoing campaign success.
Demonstrated ability to integrate the CRM strategy with other outbound marketing communications strategies, such as tradeshows and ongoing digital campaigns aimed at specific vertical markets.
Partner with digital communications leader in support of website, social media and ensure alignment with CRM and balance of digital campaigns.
Strong business process capabilities and demonstrated ability to integrate CRM into customer acquisition and prospect management strategies.Prior success with eliciting requirements and/or transforming business needs into actionable plans for evolving our business platforms.
Opportunities to broaden marketing communications role into other disciplines as part of a nimble team, with initial focus on CRM and digital capabilities.
Driving adoption and continued use of best practices with user groups of Dynamics platform.Ability to manage CRM planning roadmaps while adapting to changing business and technology needs in an agile environment. Hexion works with a managed services provider and many outsource providers which requires effective prioritization and long-term planning skills.
Familiarity with [marketing automation programs and reporting tools; comfortable working with basic HTML coding skills (Microsoft Logic, Microsoft Flow);familiarity with basic web technologies like HTML, CSS, and general system configuration. Work to ensure CRM strategies are compatible with email and campaign automation/management, landing pages, customer portals, cloud-repositories, and digital asset management.


Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience with progressive levels of responsibility
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Computer Science or equivalent
The role requires a record of distinguished performance and success in navigating highly-matrixed and complex organizations, which are experiencing significant degrees of change.

Microsoft Certified, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application, CRM Customization and Configuration Certified


Education Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Computer Science or equivalent
