We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio! Our Customer Service Representative is our main point of contact for our clients and provides excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers, ensuring everyone has a memorable, positive experience.

Responsibilities for our Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:

Serve as the main contact hub for assigned customers, providing them with the most up-to-date information and excellent customer service;

Maintain confidential information;

Confirm with OA/DA agents when applicable;

Register shipments in the Allied system;

Utilize company routing program for customer delivery schedules;

File accurate records;

Perform other clerical duties;

Other duties as assigned by management.

The successful candidate for this position will share the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred;

Previous customer service experience is required;

Previous household goods and moving experience preferred but not required;

Strong attention to detail;

Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude;

Excited to learn and grown with an established company;

Well organized and can complete tasks before and or by deadlines;

Ability to scan and in-put information into our computer systems;

Strong word, excel and Microsoft Outlook knowledge;

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
