Annual salary - 80,000-90,000


-bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field required

-5+ years of manufacturing and operations plant based human resources experience

-5+ years experience with recruiting and hiring exampt and non exempt staff

-5+ years of complex employee relations experience

-experience leading skill development training for staff and leadership development

Daily Job Duties

As a HR Manager, your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:


analyzes trends in staffing, compensation, and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent


creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees


oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations


maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law


sets the standard of excellence for HR policies and practices while maintaining the integrity of the organization
