General Purpose and Scope of Position:

The Graphic Designer will serve as a key contributor in all aspects of design and production, as well as event management including live, virtual and hybrid events. The candidate will work closely with internal sales professionals, event managers, and suppliers, as well as collaborate with other marketing team members. This role will be focused on the development, design and execution of on-brand communication and marketing, as well as sales tradeshows, that help enrich the internal dialog of the NAS brands.

Key Skills and Abilities Include:

2+ years of experience in graphic design and production, both print and digital experience required

A portfolio showcasing visual design work with a strong design sensibility

Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.

Knowledge of Microsoft office and file print preparation; Social media and video capabilities a plus

Experience in event planning or hospitality

Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:

Design digital and print assets for email, social, digital ads, and other brand collateral.

Work with the senior designer to develop look and feel for small-scale events and promotions, including creating designs for defined tradeshow exhibits

Create Product Resource Sheets (PRS), labels, and presentations and fulfill custom requests from sales and marketing teams

Resize existing materials into ads, tradeshow graphics, web images, and other media as necessary

Work as part of a team to ensure all jobs are turned around within the set department expectations and communicate changes when necessary

Identify and circulate any projects that require additional approval from Leadership, Creative and Sales teams

Project coordination, event planning and content creation (including copywriting and basic graphic design) for industry tradeshows

Assumes a lead role in the organization, planning and execution of NAS participation in industry tradeshows and corporate events. Primary liaison between tradeshow owners/coordinators, vendors, service contractors, and NAS departments.

Develops contracts/proposals/budgets for annual tradeshows and follows through on pending bookings to ensure all aspects of the event(s) are planned and covered for. This includes, but not limited to, staff schedules, load-in/load-out times, catering coordination, operational requirements, show rentals, insurance and technical requirements. Submits vendor payment(S) directly or submits invoices to Finance Dept for payment.

Coordinate the collection of assets, media files, and final deliverables for tradeshows

Coordination of shipments of display and/or marketing materials in a timely and cost-effective manner

Follow-up analysis of tradeshows, including, tracking analytics, surveys, provide insights and data information of show attendees and participation to ensure we incorporate learnings, update documentation, and evaluate resources

Establishes and communicates timelines and expectations with internal team(s) in line with tradeshow needs.

Perform any other duties as may be required.
