Job Description

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates and owns sales reporting and analysis pertaining to sales performance, sales productivity, sales pipeline, and sales financial and operational metrics. Works directly with senior sales leaders, strategic business partners, finance, product, and marketing to deliver insightful analysis with a focus on reporting automation and efficiency. Leads ad-hoc projects as needed. Work as interface to the business on operational questions / issues pertaining to the relevant sales performance data as required.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Degree in quantitative field, such as business, finance, mathematics, or data science

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong analytical skills, with ability to understand nuances across metrics and ability to build commercial story around data

Clear, proactive communicator (both written and verbal); able to listen and work well with others while being confident and assertive where required

Quick ability to learn new and potentially technical topics, and then communicate this technical detail in a clear and simple way to sales leaders

Proactive and strategic thinker, able to look ahead and foresee issues and plan around them

Comfort with change and working in a fast-paced environment

Aptitude to manage large, complex data sets

Experience in advanced Excel, Salesforce, SQL, WebFocus, or Tableau desirable
