The eBusiness Director, Online Merchandising and Site Content is responsible for .com content & online merchandising strategy, optimization, execution, and performance for Sherwin-Williams’ TAG website.
The ideal candidate is an expert in eCommerce, online merchandising, and online customer experience and will lead teams to optimize the customer’s discovery and selection of products on Sherwin-Williams .com and our Mobile Apps.
In this role, s/he is deeply engaged in the business and is accountable for optimizing the online customer experience and maximizing ecommerce sales through developing and implementing plans, executing flawlessly all product, promotional, marketing and content launches across our sites and apps that support our business strategies and ultimately creating a superior online customer experience.

Manage and maintain day-to-day web content supporting /prioritizing business needs
Build, maintain, and oversee .com content, governance, processes, and ways of working
Ensure .com design, page templates and content guidelines are accessible and leveraged
Ensure .com assets are consistent company’s brand, style and voice
Integrate .com as part of the overall digital ecosystem, creating connected experience between campaigns and .com/apps
Serve as strategic advisor by providing/sharing web content and SEO best practices
Define and implement .com content based on customer journeys and persona-based research
Collaborate with Global Brand & Digital Marketing leader/peers to ensure cohesive messaging and tactics across multiple platforms
Leverage tech stack to enable content publishing, web optimization, AB testing, SEO/SEM and ratings and reviews
Continually improve customer experience in how we message and merchandise our customers
Represent online sales channel in strategic planning for marketing and product launches
Partner with teams to execute highest conversion elements throughout the shopping path.
Ensure flawless execution of site content, promotions, messaging and holiday/seasonal launches.
Develop/Execute online personalization strategies to align with omni-channel/endless aisle strategy.
Evaluate dedicated merchandising team structure for core areas of the business, accountable for maximizing category sales through monitoring of sales, KPIs, and the online CX.
Identify and lead process and system improvements to ensure the most efficient workflows.
Work with analytics team to develop, measure against, and action on merchandise and content KPIs

Partner to inform strategy so that all campaigns and launches fully leverage the digital channel.
Required: Bachelor’s Degree
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
7-10 years of experience rising through the ranks of Customer Experience, Digital, eCommerce, Online Merchandising, Web Content
Strong strategic leadership skills in both web content and online merchandising that increased have eCommerce sales/created rich online customer experiences
5-8 years leading teams in a fast paced, digital environment
Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross functionally at many levels; Skilled at gaining alignment.
Strong operational leadership skills, i.e., ability to drive decisions, move work forward, align with stakeholders, build/maintain processes & ways of working and ensure high quality deliverables
Strong customer focus, rich content driven and with merchandising instincts
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate in efficient compelling manner
SEO, Site Search, Navigation and Taxonomy knowledge and experience
Proven analytical skills for measuring results
Had had ultimate accountability for desired outcomes
Entrepreneurial and energetic leadership skills
Self-starter who can deliver with minimal supervision
Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically
Experience attracting, retaining, engaging, and developing talent across experience levels.

Exposure to B2B and B2B ecommerce, building products industry, working with or within large Fortune 500 companies
Leading experience with site analytics, CMS (AEM), personalization tools, AB testing tools, Ratings and Reviews, SEO
Exceptional verbal and written communication and project/program leadership skills, especially executive-level communication about strategic customer experience direction.

Demonstrated experience in product data
