Job Responsibilities

The Analyst will support Treasury Operations, cash management, global cash forecasting activity and global FP&A.
The position requires excellent oral, written, presentation preparation and delivery skills to communicate effectively.
The Treasury/ FP&A Analyst position is a key technical professional within the organization.

Key FP&A Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain the disbursement model for the 13-week cash flow forecast for senior management.
Maintain and update the 5-year strategic plan under the direction of the Assistant Treasurer
Assist in the preparation of Board and Senior Leadership Team presentations
Prepare monthly NTC reports, Net Debt reports, quarterly debt summaries and other periodic reports as needed

Provide Ad-hoc analysis.

Key Treasury Responsibilities
Responsible for intercompany loan administration under the direction of the Assistant Treasurer
Support financing activities including coordinating due diligence requests
Interface with procurement and the P2P organization to resolve cash forecasting issues
Be an Integrity Subject Matter Expert
Prepare and administer Parent Guarantees and Comfort Letters
Responsible for Capital versus Operating Lease analysis and Lease versus Buy analysis
Provide Ad-hoc analysis to support the Treasury Department
Support the Risk Management group as needed

Back up responsibilities:
Administration of global letters of credit/guarantees required
Prepare monthly ABL borrowing base
Provide FX exposure analysis and assist in hedging strategies
Prepare quarterly covenant compliance reporting for bank group.
Debt covenant reporting / basket tracking


           

Minimum Qualifications

* BA in Finance or Accounting required.
* 2-5 years' experience required
* Knowledge or banking and treasury principles and practices.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Business Objects and SAP a plus.
* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
* Effective decision-making skills.
* Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
* Ability to meet deadlines and work in time sensitive environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
