About the role:
As a Marketing Coordinator at TQL, you will help drive TQL culture and implement programs and communication that engages our workforce. The successful candidate will understand and embody our core values of teamwork, integrity and excellence. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of employee events/engagement programs and new hire onboarding/engagement efforts - helping the TQL Culture team support employees nationwide.

What you'll be doing:
  • Serve as support to the Marketing Specialists on specific projects as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop campaign strategies and ideas
  • Research and assist with uncovering content, vendors, and needed materials or services for marketing initiatives
  • Assist Events and Engagement team in planning and executing employee events and programs. These programs range from team lunches to multi city company-wide events
  • Assisting Onboarding team in the execution of new hire engagement programs, including prep and execution of new hire onboarding on day one and execution of new hire events post day one
  • Support Culture team as needed with communications, data tracking and other administrative needs
  • Support Engagement and Corporate Giving teams as necessary on company-wide perks programs like TQL Kids Club, TQL Pets Club, intramurals and charitable campaigns


What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a team environment in a collaborative and effective way
  • Ability to establish effective relationships and engage with target audiences
  • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including working some nights and weekends to ensure presence at special events
  • Highly motivated with a hall of fame work ethic
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to clear report on results and meet deadlines
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, with strong interpersonal and collaborative work style
  • Team-oriented performer with a positive, solutions-oriented manner
