We are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer to join our R&D team in Dayton, Ohio.

In this position, you will be designing and developing electrical components for our System Controller and Image Quality System supporting high speed digital printers. You will be working in cross-functional teams on multiple projects supporting existing and future products.
Designing, maintaining and implementing electrical components
Conferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential circuit solutions
Preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials
At least 5 years of professional electrical design experience
Strong FPGA design experience using VHDL
Strong background in digital circuit design, debug, and testing
Hands on experience generating schematics and PCB layout/design
Ability to troubleshoot and debug circuit boards and sub-assemblies
Experience with PCIExpress, Gigabit Ethernet, high speed fiber interfaces
Experience with embedded C/C++ as well as Real Time Operating Systems
Altera/Intel experience preferred
BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
