Partner with customers, functional business analysts and other team members in driving appropriate design and implementation of technical solutions to support current or future integrations.  Build integration solutions with many application platforms and third party solutions using Oracle and Talend integration technology, work with technical developers to provide end-to-end support.  Research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle in accordance with the business goals and organizational architectural standards.  Collaborate with business analysts, business users and external systems integrators in conceptualization and development of new technical objects to support current or future integrations.  Perform software development lifecycle activities.  Evaluate requirements from functional specifications and create efficient technical integration designs.  Analyze, evaluate and support impact of release upgrades in existing integrations.  Adhere to and support the use of IS standards for code development and code promotion.  Submit and review technical and process improvement recommendations as a Subject Matter Expert of the technical team.  Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to interpret, modify and/or produce documented integration application frameworks or architectures.  Position requires up to 5% domestic travel.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related field and five (5) years progressive post-bachelor’s experience as a (all levels) software developer, software engineer, software consultant or related role.

Also requires experience in the following (which may have been obtained concurrently):

•             5 years building java applications and system integrations;

•             2 years SOA technology design and implementation;

•             2 years application extensions and middleware;

•             2 years Integration experience with any Enterprise Service Bus (such as Mulesoft, IBM, Oracle);

•             2 years SoapUI, Rest, or similar web service testing tools;

•             2 years SOA principles, design patterns, application integration architectures;

•             2 years building, configuring and deploying services on containers and app servers;

•             2 years BPEL/BPM;

•             2 years data integration tools such as Talend;

•             2 years J2EE based development;

•             2 years defining and maintaining a common interface schema; and

•             2 years (2 or more) version control and software configuration management tools including GIT, Subversion, CVS, HP Project and Portfolio Management (PPM).
